WOW! What great pictures of you, mommy, and daddy! Your mom has changed very little since I have known her (25 years this month, believe it or not!).
It looks like you have been quite the busy guy. New foods (squash wasn't my favorite either), trips 'abroad', pool parties, pretty gals... quite the man-about-the-town. As for me, I have been pretty busy myself. Not as exciting as the MOSH or swimming with friends though. It's all about work and school. For some reason I decided now was the time to start my masters. No worries- it's not all work and no play. I am taking a week off from work starting Thursday to go camping, hiking, and bird watching in the Blue Ridge Mountains with Rob and Thor. I am pretty excited, Eli. It's the first real vacation I have had in a long time. I will be sure to take pictures of the pretty birds. If I am lucky, I may even get pictures of animals besides Thor and Rob (haha).
Well dear Eli, it's SO past my bedtime. Just when you think you are old enough to defy set bedtimes, you embrace them. Remember this if you decide it would be a fine time to throw a fit at bedtime.

There are many days I still struggle with this... mostly because I want so much to stay in bed! Just wait until you start walking. That will be an adventure all its own.
